Sivir is still in the trash can

Meanwhile Cait and draven just dominate all game long. Geez after a break id think something would've changed. But seriously though, are we going to see sivir changes? Her kit is so bad. Like it's just awful. Her ult is mediocre as an escape or an engage tool. Her q is literally the most mana hungry thing in the game (Even more mana hungry than ahri's charm and at least ahri has a bigger pool to work with >.>) Her e is so situational and the cd on it is just trash. like what's the point? She's just garbage early game. And in comparison to pretty much every other adcs late she's still trash. Are we going to rework her orrrr? I mean obviously there are others in line before her but still. I may hate most adcs but sivir is one of those adcs you just have to pity
