I back his claim up. As a Leblanc player, there are some adcs that i can't even burst down because of my 1.5 second delayed burst. Draven is a huge issue. Vayne too. Some adcs like Tristana and Twitch are a bit tricky, but doable unless they're more fed than i am.

Even if i land chains and everything else, a Draven can and will probably kill me first, just by right clicking me.

And aside from that my second smurf is higher than my main atm cause i play only Trist and Ww and i'm d4 currently at an exact 34 lp. Wont link it tho cause imma get banned as per usual.
