Make a new jungle item for attack speed junglers that doesn't require stacks and doesn't have a bullshit passive.

Idea: Item gives 40% attack speed, 6% lifesteal, and 2% missing health bonus magic damage on autos caps at 100 damage vs monsters.

Thoughts?
