How is it possible that ranked games are taken less seriously than normals?

Seriously guys, stop playing ranked if you are of the mindset that "it's just a game". Ranked is for the people who want it to be something more. We play to win above all else. That's the reason for the two different queue types. This season (and frankly last season, as well with DQ) is shit. I actually hate playing the game because of my ranked experience, but due to my competitive nature, I need to at least rank up to gold before I can be satisfied.

Thats why I gave up on ranked for the rest of the season. Too many people get wrecked in their lanes and their excuse is "Eh, I'm not trying." or "Just a game bro."
