PSA botrk is supposed to be an ADC item

It was reworked for exactly that reason, so adcs can have a 1 item power spike back in the game, you can even search for red posts around the time they made the last botrk changes, it was changed for its sole purpose to help adcs have something to do pre 40 mins mark.

So your "but adcs are abusing a bruiser item" is completely untrue, botrk is an adc item that bruisers abuse, not the other way around.

"but lucian is broken it with it, nerf it" Its almost like lucian is overpowered atm and HE could use nerfs , not the item to ruin it for the whole class.

I think we've reached the point where it's become clear that Lucian needs a bit of a rework, cause I don't think they can properly tune him at this point. He's never really been in a viable-but-healthy state before. He's either a top pick for ADC, or else he's unseen for months on end. And a lot of is just has to do with what items are strong (if the items he works well with are strong, he's oppressive. If not, he's just bad)

that double hit passive allows him to use literally any ad damage item, or on hit item so he can scale well based on items, but he's also a lane bully who is hyper mobile, meaning he has litterally everything an adc could want,
