Just had a chance to try out "new" veigar [feedback]

i'd love to rant about him, but lets keep it a lil bit more civilized. This will be lots of text, will do super short TL;DR. Also this text consists of some typos. Don't be grammar nazi. Doing my best :(

I am no number nerd. I don't do maths about if my ability is stronger or weaker by 0,0000193136916% or so. I just look at numbers, if they feel OK, then it's OK.

So.. Now is time for my lil feeback

Q = early damage is is total pain in ass. Cooldown ok. Last hitting minions with it is pretty hard. But things get smoother once ur Q deals more than 50% minions hp. Range is too small. Should get buffed.

E = before my stun chances were about 70-80%. Right now it dropped to like.. 5%? Maybe 1 unlucky player got stunned. I understand, W had to be changed. But i believe it was too harsh.

W = no changes. And there should be. Dark matter was used mostly as combo with event horizon. Now, without any decent chances of stunning target your "W" get dusty. Unless you enjoy spamming it. Needs change to have any meaning (maybe buff it's size 2x, where targets further from center recieve 1/3 dmg?)

R = no changes (thank god). It's fun when targets get blown out in 1 skill.

Now my experience while playing.** I was playing ARAM**, so it might not be as accurate as SR feedback. But considering ARAM = teamfight simulator, then it's worth checking, right :)?

I, as veigar always take Q, W & E at the beggining. Just for the sake of contributing the most for my team. Just as we all got in middle, fight erupted. So as always i toss my E (event horizon) in middle of enemy team to confuse them. Only 1 (tank) got stunned. That felt.. weird. Because i don't think you wanna hear whole game i'll just write few more lines of text. At every stage of game i was least contributing to team. Not that i didn't try. As immobile champion, my only way of being truly usefull (and deadly) was when i've stunned someone. Problem is i couldn't. Also because enemy LeBlanc decided to harras me to utmost of her skills you could say i was kinda like ragdoll.

She could burst me down in less than 0.75s. I couldn't even react. Sometimes when LB was busy running away from our sona (yeah.. Sona has better burst than veigar now) i had a chance to try my luck against zyra. Nope. Zyra was too smart to be in my range. Also got melted.

So.. As ragdoll, useless teammember i've got really pissed. Not at my team nor on enemy skills. But on my own incompetence. Decided to go flash + luck + gods blessing and see what happens. I've flashed. Used event horizon. Enemy escaped, BUT! thanks to power of being mobile for a second enemy was within my R range. Oh boy. Whole health in 1 hit. It was worth using flash and then get melted by LB 1 second later. Zyra has been slain. And all of this with my R. Sadly my Q, W & E didn't contribute in TvT.

I don't think i i need to mention we've lost this fight. Because I as: immobile champion With small range with 0.75 interval on my only "defensive" skill

Couldn't run away from far more mobile champions. I'm sorry, team. You've lost because of me.

TL;DR part "new" veigar is fine as long as you are fine without using event horizon & baleful strike in teamfight, or playing him as AD Anything else is asking for trouble and pain.
