Lucian gets eaten alive by 60% health Draven lategame

I just saw a full health Lucian get decimated by Draven who had 60% health. I know Draven is a powerhouse, but he had 60% health.

Does that make sense?

Another thing that bugs me is in theory, Lucian is suppose to poke down his enemy first before going in with his w and ult. But here is the problem late game.

The ult.....

....has a huge cooldown, ....is easy to side step as everyone has 400-500 movement speed lategame, ....is easily blocked by minions and tanks, ..... can easily be cancel by displacement/stun, example Vayne condemn or Draven side spinning blade thingy, then it goes back on that huge cooldown after landing 2 bullets.

WTF is Lucian supposed to do late game?

I honestly feel as if Lucian is only good for the laning phase. Once team fights start happening come mid game, his range is so short and his damage so little he barely makes an impact unless he is extremely far ahead. It also seems like whenever I play him the second I get in range to toss some abilities like Q or AA and instantly get focused and die because it's so short.

there are more reasons of why draven is bad in the lcs this is probably the least of their worries

Lucian is safe and has escapes and can be bursty at points and is strong with most supports, also teams cant siege against a Lucian since he has a great clear and a fairly strong Turret shred.

Honestly, that is what is supposed to happen. Draven is the king of 1-2 shotting people.

A 0% hp Karthus can 100-0 anyone in the game, depending on position and which skills he has up, and if they have flash or a heal or MR or banshee's veil... And a 1% hp Ashe can 100-0 anyone in game in a 1v1 and live..if it's late game, if she built right for it, and has 5 stacks of Q ready, and she has/lands her ulti properly.

% of hp remaining is only a small factor in a fight, unless you're an ar/mr based tank, (even hp based tanks with a lot of regen...% of hp is only one of many factors).

My guess is the Lucian all-in'd at the wrong time, only took off half of Draven's hp, then Draven counter attacked before Lucian could react/got back into position.
