If you think Riot pays people thousands of dollars a year to twiddle their thumbs, you are mistaken. These boards are filled with people upset with the large amounts of nerfs to champions.
And I love how you use "nerf" and "buff" rather then give details. Are you changing ability ranges, cast time, cooldowns, base damage, AP/AD ratio, CC times, base stats, base scaling, or technical floor/ceiling?
Now assuming you've taken that into consideration, have you thought about how this can interact with other aspects like lane viability, counter-play, objective control, item builds, in-game buffs, ability interactions, runes, and overall fun of playing with/against a champ.
I'm not trying to attack you for not complying, I'm trying to show you that balancing a game is not easy and definitely something you can just see from playing the game. You come on here and outright insult people who know more about this game than either of us, not because they have a "higher IQ," but because they have data, experience, and ENTIRE TEAMS dedicated to it. If you don't like that then don't play League. I'm sure it's better without you.
And I'm not hiding or rank shaming. You said D1 when you are not. Sorry if you think calling you out is shaming you.
