Typical ADC bias from Riot. Both Jinx and Jhin can seemingly endlessly spam skillshots without even running into mana problems. But Syndra, a mage, a class that SPECIALISES with mana runs out of a mana in about 3 Q's.
And Riot isn't biased towards AD... REALLY?

jinx's W and E are on long CDs while her rockets cost mana. Jhin has locked AS so naturally he has spammier spells.
Lord Dusteon1 votesFun fact, Syndra's Q costs 10 less at every rank then Jhin and Jinxs respective W's. Secondary fun fact: she can use her Q 3.5 times for every Jhin W, and 2.5-1.5 times per Jinx W.
It's less "others can spam" and more "Syndra has massively lower cooldowns and uses spells more, and thus uses more overall mana in a timeframe".
