She isn't ungankable, and her shield is on a considerable CD. If you gank her using CC or when she can't easily get to a wall to escape, you can ruin her. Her true damage requires that she stick to her target and hit the second tap of her Q at least 1.5s after the first tap, which is ample time for shit to go wrong. Do learn to play her before calling for the witch hunt.

While I agree with most of that, there is no place on the entire map except the bases where she can't reach a wall, and even then she can move slightly to get at one.

Well, that, but if you can get her severely out of place, she's incredibly easy to gank because her escape is telegraphed and predictable.

Her shield not only has a long cooldown, it also only shields from one type of damage. She can be ganked you just need to pay attention to her cooldowns. And it's a little hard to land both her q and her w.

Why, because she has mobility? So does half the champion pool, and almost 90% of toplaners.

And that's just champions with actual SHIELDS or ability deflects, not counting damage reductions, sustain abilities, ability dependent tankstats and damage immunities.

All of which are ABUNDANT among toplaners, and most of them are not dependent on attacking someone, nor are they limited to one type of damage.

The heal off her W is ridiculous and dependent on hitting the outer edge. Wanna see actual sustain? Try playing against a Darius, Renekton or Nasus.

Wanna see really GOOD sustain? Try trading against a Riven who build a Hydra.

untargetability

On her ult, which needs a NEARBY target, has a long cooldown early, and has to be timed down to perfection for the untaregtability to actually avoid something.
