Normal, Ranked, and Verfied Rank

I mean....can I just have some games where our Zed doesn't ult the tank every fight? Like seriously, this is beyond retarded. Can we have a ranked queue that is only for people who take a multiple choice test and pass it covering basic logic and reason questions as it pertains to the game?

1)What would be describe vision?

a)A waste of gold when you could spend it on more weapons or armor b)Only useful in lane to prevent ganks C)Only useful for supports that don't do a lot of damage like Brand c)A tool that results in enemy champions getting spotted and picked off.

2)As an Assassin you should

a)Focus the support or tank in team fights b)Split push a lot c)Wander around hoping to get picks d)focus the enemy marksmen or other carries in team fights.

I mean seriously, I just want a fair chance to win. Not being undermined my people who have no idea what they are doing. I don't care if they arne't "good" in terms of reflexs or mechanical skill. I just need them to have some concept of what is going on.

SO tired of dumb team mates I can not carry 4 idiots.
