So is Elise still banned a lot because shes OP or Just annoying early game?

well no she is not banned that much when the monsters that can use are still running loose like seriously im not all that scared of elise when we have with sated that item needs to just flat out be removed.

Yes. And No. She's incredibly over powered sustain in early game that shouldnt exist, but it equals out later so I dont find anything wrong.

All that got nerfed was her poke so therefore she is still strong at her normal execution patterns.
