i constantly get matched with people 1-3 divisions higher than me, while getting paired with teammates 1-2 divisions lower than me or unranked.

The division is misleading, what really counts is your MMR. You guys probably all have a similar MMR, the ones in a higher division have a relatively low MMR while the ones in lower divisions have relatively high MMR.

I get particularly upset when I go into a solo normal game with a bunch of other solo players on my team and a 3-5 party of people with cute matching names on the other team. Their team is coordinated and communicating objectives and ganking while my team is all over the map and getting torn apart. My point being, parties should be matched with parties and solo players matched with solo players for the purpose of a fair game.

Yeah your being matched with players your division, you have 0 lp so you are to blame.
