Sightstone no longer exists; instead, it's been shoved into every gold income item and those gold income items that had alternative paths with alternative play styles have been corn holed into a sight stone path.
This heavy handed change made by Riot (who specifically stated that it isn't their intent to change the meta in any way) is the reason why I will NEVER voluntarily play the support role again.
H1 H0w are Ya7 votesIf you were playing support and not getting sight stone previously you are basically trolling and shouldn't be playing support to begin with
FailedQ5 votes"isn't their intent to change meta" what a bunch of bs... I'm a support main and this has got to be the biggest hit on supports... theres a lot of diffrent playstyles supports play and now they are just gone
TheEvilQueen1353 votesit's because virtually every support was buying sightstone and rushing it. they wanted to give "an extra slot" and "build options" while removing support's biggest choice. i wish they had at least waited until they had created the "new" items with the old actives before removing them. i really hate that my braum doesn't have face of the mountain's shield active
FailedQ2 votesMy aggro janna with frostfang passive that gives ms... loved playing that shit
Oleandervine2 votesI really hate as Taric not having access to 2 big HP support items (FoTM, Ruby SS), and being expected to rush items like Locket or Zeke's, neither of which offer any HP whatsoever. All that is left is Knights Vow and Redemption, and those are some of the most trite items. Build path diversity for supports was shit on yet again because assholes in other roles decided to abuse support items.
Colton1473 votesThe "
" support.

Joe Man C1 votesSupport item passives need to be brought back at the very least.
