You're really not thinking about her kit properly at all if you think it's comparable to Yasuo in terms of how much it forces counterpicks. Have you just came out of a bad game against her or something? Because you're taking any hyperbolic way to attack her kit and using it, which makes the thread read as salt.
Yasuo's nature as a champion that hard counters and gets hard countered comes from his kit's extreme focus on dodging damage. He has an ability which makes him immune to projectiles, an ability that allows him to dodge skillshots with basically zero cooldown, and an ability that makes it so that if you can only damage him very occasionally (possibly because he's dodging all of your spells!), you do no damage to him. It is these abilities that make him exceptionally strong against certain champions (projectile and skillshot-reliant mages), while being essentially useless against champions who do not care for his defensive tools (point click bruisers, for example).
But where does the binary nature present in Yasuo come into Camille? She does not force mixed damage dealers at all - they are optimal against her shield, but her shield is not such a hard counter to physical and magic damage dealers that they are completely incapable of touching her, as is the case for projectile mages while Windwall is on the field. You do not need to be able to knock her out of her ult either - yeah, instantly ending her ult is ideal, but it's not at all necessary. CC-locking her while she's in it, simply winning the 1v1, stalling using your own defensive abilities (did you know that between Cocoon and Rappel, Elise can stall Camille's ult for 3.6-4 of its 4 seconds?) and letting your allies help you out are all valid strategies. You do NOT automatically lose to her if you cannot knock her out of her ult, nor do you automatically beat her if you can do that. Not at all similar to Yasuo.
Let's look at her abilities:
P: Easier to deal with for people who deal mixed damage, but they are not 100% unaffected by it at all. Pure physical or magic damage champions can counterplay it as they would counterplay any shield, as well as being capable of simply damaging her before she gets to activate it, seeing as it requires landing an auto attack.
Q: No more binary in terms of how effective it is versus certain champions than any fighter tool. DPS + sticking power is standard. Hurts tanks more, but not to any major degree.
W: Better against immobile champions, but most dodgeable abilities + slows are.
E: Better against immobile champions for similar reasons to W. Better against skillshot reliant champions to an extent but is honestly a poor ability for dodging skillshots and obviously has an appreciable cooldown, unlike Yasuo.
R: Makes absolutely sure to be similarly effective against as many champions as possible. Easier for champions with knockbacks to outplay, but tons of other options.
tl;dr your arguments are bad and you should feel bad. Camille is not at all a binary champion in nature and is incomparable to Yasuo in terms of how she interacts with different types of champions. If you can give an example of a type of champion who has basically zero agency against Camille (that isn't similarly lacking in agency against every fighter) and a type of champion that automatically beats her, then I'll reconsider, but for now you're just a person whining about losing to a champion.
