Reading the patch notes will take more time than I plan to play League this patch. Can someone just quickly tell me what's OP and what got nerfed into unplayability?

Good shit to ban or play Malzahar Veigar Zyra Annie Zed Vladimir . item 3070 Is really good now. item 1416 Makes former sated junglers gank early and its awesome.

Galio Sort of nerfed galio because of item 3174 changes. The minor rework mages can be annoying
