<3 Riot THANKS FOR THE RUNE PRICE DROP

I love the changes to levelling and runes (except I still want 30% CDR/lvl without buying items). Legitimately, the way you guys are handling this is so fantastic and renews my trust in Riot. You could have screwed over previous customers and chosen to not refund anything or give any benefits. I'm really happy about this!

Moreover, the changes to runes and levelling make it much less attractive to buy smurfs since the process is far less painful. Like it or not, as long as ranked stats (KDA, winrates etc.) are public, people will want to smurf. At least for me, it was never about crushing new players. I was always just a tad embarrassed by my performance and didn't want it etched in stone on some stat site (especially when playing a champion I'm not as skilled with). Having only one account makes you afraid to fail and thus afraid to experiment or play what you find most fun (AP Kog in my case even if it's not really that viable atm). There are normals of course but the matchmaking is too poor for them to be a viable alternative and there isn't the same sense of progress.
