She is not weak in any way, and has ALWAYS had a god tier winrate considering her absurd pickrate. But that doesn't matter one bit, does it? She's the pin up girl of League, and makes money -- that's all that matters.

The mobility is probably necessary, though, since she doesn't delete people as quickly as old/reverted LeBlanc, or have Ori's utility, to make up for her middling ranges as a mage.

The entire reason for the MS is because of the Q.. being able to reposition as Ahri is super important. It's just nearly not as free and Riot can buff/nerf her properly now.
