Why do people in bronze/silver have this mentality?

Even pre game people (not to stereotype but ive mostly seen adcs say "gg" or "we lose" or something so pessimistic it forces me to auto mute them and then when people die they just go fk it im gonna troll/ feed anyway. LIKE WHY. Why do people just give up? Also can we talk about these first time champions in ranked? I know ill get downvotes into hell but it just is not possible to do as well with a champion you know vs one you dont know well enough. Last game i had a second time lissandra. PLAY HER IN NORMALS UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT SHE DOES. Jesus christ its like people want to troll.

Why would you get downvoted? You are right, people have a shitty mentality. And this isn't only in bronze/silver. This happens at every rank. Someone wanting to try Kog'Maw jungle for the first time doing it in ranked. A jungler screaming at every lane for "losing" even if they aren't. A top lane that says "GG can't do anything because his Darius is 3/0, ignoring the fact that his own bot lane is 6/0 and bringing their snowball to mid lane. Like... people are being negative even when their team is winning. I've had someone say "gg we lost" in champ select before any hero was selected or even shown thru pick intent only because I was duo with a friend at bot lane. Even got someone to say in /all to the other team to make sure to gank me and my friend non-stop for being insert all sort of insults here dynamic douchebags.

The level of negativity is unreal. I have to tell people in at least 50% of my games that being negative only make their team play worse and reduce the chance to win. And they still won't shut up.

I don't know why this happens. LIterally had a jg lee sin afk at 7 minutes because they gave up two kills to the enemy bot lane, rip lol.

I sometimes wish there was like a 1 player version of this game so you can just do your best without troll interference :(

I've got you beat. A Lucian AFKed at 1 minute 10 seconds after I manage to land a grab at max range. 1 more pixel between us would have missed the grab.

Apparently the Lucian was already tilted in champ select when he saw a Blitzcrank.

The answer is quite simple: Players in Bronze and Silver have no idea how to play from behind. They are not good enough at the game to understand how to come back in a game and I believe this is the biggest gameplay distinction between Gold players and Silver/Bronze.

It's not just low elo, I've seen multiple players in Diamond and up that say "Open Mid" after their team is down a few kills early game. There are people with the shitty mentality everywhere and if a game isn't going their way they just give up.

Plus it doesn't help that the game is so snowbally now with first turret gold.
