^Title. It's a stupid mechanic that feels terrible to play against and unsatisfying to use. It is the textbook definition of toxic, and even with Yasuo's obnoxious windwall and Kalista's obnoxious ult, they probably would feel 100% better to play against if the stupid mechanic was removed.

You appear to have come to a very absolute conclusion on a very arbitrary line that shall apparently not be crossed. Are Kindred and Vayne up next despite their shortcomings as well then?
Koechophe1 votesKindred and Vayne don't have dashes under 2 seconds, they both toe the line at exactly 2s each, a stark difference between the essentially non-existant CD of Kindred's and Yasuo's. The line isn't arbitrary; any lower than 2s and it becomes essentially "always up", making it feel as though the opponent is literally annoying you to death.
And yes, I play a lot of LB and Bard. What does that have to do with anything? Bard has probably the healthiest mobility in the game with his tunnel, and LB is high mobility, but with the price that early much of her damage is forced into her W which doubles as her escape, and even her dash is well above 2s in cd. Not sure what point you're trying to make.
MasterSomething1 votesKalista is BUILT around that passive and can easily screw her over. Yasuo needs an enemy to dash to- thus, can't use it as an escape unless your team doesn't know what he does.
