I played Garen against a LeBlanc recently. She punished me for being in lane until around level 8, after which she couldn't do a single thing about me, even with help from her jungler.

If you can't handle the burst, don't play a squishy.

Ya cause Garen mid is clearly viable out of Bronze V. lol

I've never been in bronze outside of failed ranked teams, so I wouldn't know if it's viable down there.

But really what matters more, whether it works or whether it's meta or not? Only one of those matters to me, and it's the reason I occasionally play Garen in the mid lane.

He's complaining about a champion he calls OP (at least it's implied), and mocks you for a strategy that's apparently worked because it's not meta.

I can see why it works, though. You survive her initial onslaught, silence her so she can't blink away, and deal a bit of damage and force her out of lane or set up a gank while she's silenced. If she's low enough, you can execute her from a range (and considering the range of her skills, force a flash if she knows what you're doing).
