Blizzard probably wouldn't do as great a job of balancing League of Legends as Riot would. Sure, Blizzard has Heroes of the Storm, but that game's a lot different to League of Legends. But then again, why use logic? Seems overrated, looking at some people's forum posts.

I mean even they have trouble balancing heroes. Look at Bastion, in one full clip he can take out a Reinhardt that has his shield up, Torb armor pack and a Symmetra shield.

And don't even get me on HOTS.

Just give it time...as with any change, they need numbers to balance them first...there's no way for them to be able which champions will get buffed more based on this change and only some actual patch data will help to understand this....it's been the same way with every major change. They make the change, see that it made some champs stupid strong (like Duskblade Jhin) and then went about balancing the champ to make up for it.
