Not only is it moving again more towards the idea that tanks don't have to build damage to do damage, it will also be built by every Fizz in the world and make his match ups vs mages even more anti fun, this is not mentioning the fact that it shreds harder than Void staff, like seriously who the fuck is coming up with this shit.

Bern1 votesConsider that it only shreds once every 4 seconds, gives poor amounts of AP, and probably requires you to be fairly close to get the shred.
Since AP champs (especially Fizz) tend towards burst damage rather than sustained damage, the amount of time you need to be in a fight to -stack- the shred on Abyssal is going to keep it from being a good buy on most every mage and assassin.
