Certain champions should be nerfed if complaints resurface about them.

Before you downvote me, please listen. What I mean by that there title, is that there are many many champions that people complain about. It happens. Whether the person just lost a bad game, or just doesn't like that champion, complaints are always going to happen. However, there exists a select group of champions who's complaints resurface time and time again once the current meta-champions have died down in popularity. As an example of this, when Cinderhulk was first released, Sejuani took up a majority of the boards because of her newly acquired high base tanky stats and also high base damage. However once Cinderhulk was brought into line (and so was she) the complaints all but evaporated into thin air. That is complaining about a meta-champion. What I'm talking about, are the champions who always get complaints between and during the rise and fall of the current meta-champions. Champions such as LeBlanc, Lee Sin, Nidalee, and Riven to name a few. Lee Sin's complainers have died down a bit, and so has LeBlanc to a lesser extent, but others still exist. Champions like Nidalee and Riven are constantly complained about and hated throughout all the metas that they go through. So, wouldn't it stand to reason that some of these champions should be nerfed?

Maybe I'm just stupid, but I just seem to see this trend all throughout the League of Legends. For all I know, Nidalee and Riven might be perfectly balanced, and I might just not be able to play against them. Who knows?
