Why not make the game 4v4.

Nope, your solution would just push either junglers or top laners to play supportive tanky champs, destroying champ diversity. Support is probably the most important role, they make a lot of shit happen while everyone else just takes credit for it.

Because that would change the entire dynamic of the game and essentially create what would probably just be another top lane just down bottom...

Really, it should be junglers that get the axe. This way my teammates all stop dying to the enemy jungler's ganks, and my own jungler stops showing up in lanes only to feed the other team kills.

(intended as sarcasm, people... much like I'd hope OP was also being sarcastic)
