Its just impossible that you get bunch of boosted feeders EVERY FCKING TIME you hit promos with pure "luck".
Im sure there is something like "uncarability rating" going on behind the scenes that calculates people chance to be "impossible to carry" so you get them in team when you play your promo.

We already know the matchmaker attempts to fix players' winrates at 50% (which is unadulterated bullshit and I don't know why Riot HQ is not on fire due to this) and to think there's nothing fishy going on with promo matches is adorably naive.

Like... having a 60%+ win rate until I hit promo, then all of a sudden getting afks,dcs,trolls, losing my promo series then having normal games until i hit promo again and then boom, back to afks,dcs,trolls. It got so bad I just stopped playing ranked almost completely the last two years. There was no point in playing if I was going to have hundreds of regular games (win or lose) and only get the really stupid messed up ones when I was up for a promo series.
Not putting on a tin foil hat, but it was ridiculously frustrating and suspicious.
Long story short, I feel your pain.

Flyer Beast1 votesIve been in one promo series. ONLY ONE. The Bronze 1 to Silver 5 Series. What happened? Won it 3-0 EZ (when I had won the previous 3 games for a 6-0 streak). When seemingly thousands of people refer to it as a gate that only opens if destiny decides it should. I get how losing promos is more frustrating, but I don't get how they are harder. You're pressured to win a certain amount of games in a higher certain amount of games, yeah, but it's probably your feelings about them that lose them for you. I was confident during mine and I'll be confident in my next one. You should be too. Don't think of any promo as the end of the rope. Think of it as having to grab a different rope.
