So I'm playing Blitzcrank, I catch the enemy Tristana with Q+E... then Tristana press W and automatically saves herself. Repeat endless times during the whole match.

Why in the world and ADC has this automatic escape?

Why in the world would you play Blitzcrank into Tristana? Unless you got counterpicked then sad life.

The way it works is that Trist's w can buffer. It's the same as Ezreal's e. They can cast it, and it will go off regardless of cc.

But don't you think it's better to Q tristana and never use E until she w ? her Jump will be stopped and she will be in a bad spot , I guess

Meh, she has to buffer it for this to work. It works for her vs predictable grabs, but also against her, though mostly in lane or small fights : You can run up to her with your E up to force her to jump then either cancel it with the E itself or hook her once she left the ground.

While I wouldn't mind it being gone (although Trist players might), this is far from my biggest issues with Tristana, as there's plenty of ways to play around the interaction or even abuse it.

Which is why it wasn't my main point.

Any support player should not only know how easy it is to play around her W but also abuse it, especially with the likes of Blitz, Thresh and Ali. All you need to do is stop trying to get her before she jumps but rather force her to jump and punish her for doing it. Alternatively, if you're gonna get her before she jumps, you can't be obvious about it.

I can get behind Taric players (or any support with non-displacement CC) complaining about the mechanic, but champions with displacement really have ways around that.

So that when you play as Ashe and you ult her at the apex of her W, thus cancelling it, you can laugh your ass off as she drops like a rock.

EDIT: What they really need to do with Trist is have the dog from Duck Hunt pop out of the HUD and laugh at the Trist player whenever her W gets canceled, BTW.
