I could see Fizz being part of the class update, at least some minor tweaking. Like Fiddles. Give Fizz a proper and unique passive, and some number/functionality tweaks.

No unit collision is very under the radar power wise. At least he got that hit instead of just hard nerfing his damage on q or w damage again.

so nerfing his passive means...uh...what exactly? Im pretty sure its his free dmg that makes him an op annoying tank.

This particular nerf doesn't do much except prevent him from running away through minions as easily. Minions aren't his problem, its his ability to do absurd amounts of damage and have very little counterplay to his Playful/Trickster.

Riot's hitting random stuff so the lower elos stop complaining as much. eventually they will realize that the nerfs dont do anything and after getting killed for their mistakes they will return to boards and the tears will resume.
