We should give Vayne the Kog'Maw treatment
The only way she can access her true damage is by dying
On every 3rd proc of silver bolts, Vayne does %maxHP in true damage but the recoil kills her, making everyone happy and ending world hunger. The end.

I was spectating some games and I saw a Vayne 1v4 the enemy team: she had Warmogs, Banshee's Veil, Blade of the Ruined Queer and the retarded on-hit jungle item fully stacked the poor enemy shen with 4k health exploded in about 3 seconds
