New Support item idea.
What if we had an item with the same Unique Passive as Ardent Censor, but what it does instead is allow the users slows to stack, Same (or similar) build path as Ardent.
Thoughts?

The idea has some merrit but i think that what you are looking for is more allong the lines of [On healing allies grant you and allied champion movement speed.] This would serve your purpose i believe.
On a side note you have the E on Nami the % of slow is affected by the amount of AP you have (Managed in practice tool to get the slow to about 109% sadly there seems to be a cap on slow somewhere arround the 7580% enemy champions movement speed stayed arround 120130ish).
