@Riot Fix skillshot height in the river
We've all seen when an Ashe arrow will inch down as it goes in the river and then up as it moves out of the river
This is because the River is slightly lower than the rest of summoners rift, and some projectile skillshots are very deceptive, like I mentioned Ashe Arrow, but also Nidalee's Q and a bunch of others
I don't think a skillshot animation should stay a fixed height above the map's floor (because the floor changes height as you go in the river), I think they should just stay at a fixed height and travel in a straight line like they're supposed to
Getting hit by something that inches into you or missing a skillshot because it inches away from target is frustrating and shouldn't be in the game
As long as: it moves on a straight horizontal path, the hitbox is consistent with the animation and it's not launched from the player incorrectly (IE a player fires the skillshot in river and it comes out above their head or isn't intuitive to use, dodge or outplay) then the issue is solved
