the mind-game is fun. Clicking tp and having the enemy debate if they will go through with it, if its a bad tp, or if their team is actually nearby is a nice little change.
With this change it makes it much easier to bully TP users, and tbh outside LCS tp needs some help.

Now you'll have to work with an enemy to interrupt your TP. "STOP ME PLZ!!"
It's a good change. Creates a valid penalty for casting teleport right into the middle of a fight or a dangerous area.

Most times I see someone flashing a TP or Recall, it's because they're trying to bait me into Tower when I'm already kicking their ass into the dirt. They can play the "mindgames" all they want, it just lets me push further and further and farm easier.
I'ma have to go ahead and say "I honestly don't like" is putting it EXTREMELY mildly.
But mods would undoubtedly have to censor or outright remove a truly honest response (given it takes an excessive amount of emotion-fueled profanity to truly express my displeasure with this change).
