Jungle changes and Nocturne

So, as most of us know, Nocturne likes armor pen, damage, and attack speed. It's a given, obviously an assassin with a reward for auto attacking wants these.

But removal of brutalizer + BotRK nerfs for adcs is a bit harsh. Noc won't get that armor pen anymore, meaning now he's forced into Last Whisper, whereas currently he can go Youmuu's, BotRK, Warrior, and Black Cleaver and the 3 armor pen and %hp damage make up for LW, but now it won't. Plus, he has to spend a decent amount more of gold, something that the jungle doesn't always have (especially if your lanes get behind)

Sure, there's a bit more ad, but you don't get armor pen anymore, and BotRK is significantly worse purely because adcs could abuse it, so why not just nerf it for ranged champions? And why the hell is Brutalizer getting removed. What was toxic about literally the only early game armor pen item. Mages have both their boots and Haunting Guise, so why are you screwing over AD champs, specifically assassins and bruisers.

Here is a "short" list of champion that will be significantly impacted but removal of Brutalizer or BotRK nerfs: Clearly op, so since BotRK is good on him, that should put this freelo in his palce /s excuse me ma'am, but you appear to be building Youmuu's, get out. To be fair, she's pretty bonkers right now. No armor pen for the Youmuu's he's getting for movespeed. Not significant, but still a hit (also TriForce changes hurt him) early armor pen?! GET OUT. Woah, he's ranged and melee, AND using Youmuu's sometimes? Get this freelo out of here! WOAH. GET BACK IN THE BASEMENT. WHO SAID WHO COULD BE PLAYED AGAIN?! Early armor pen building freelo cancer assassin. Don't think we didn't learn from the beginning of the season when you had armor pen, get out you blind fuck! WOAH. TRUE DAMAGE AND ARMOR PEN. NERF. NERF. NERF. Don't think we don't see you getting 6 long swords for that Warrior, Youmuu's, and BotRK. Who said we were gonna allow champs to 1v1 adcs?! To fair, she's more of an assassin, and Riot is destroying her personality as a melee/ranged assassin. HOW DARE YOU KILL OUR PRECIOUS AD BABIES! TO THE NERF BAT! WOAH. WE CAN'T HAVE THIS GUY GETTING BEHIND ADCS. WE GOTTA REMOVE HIS ARMOR PEN ON WARRIOR AND YOUMUU'S. Don't think we don't remember the silence, Talon. Clearly anyone who can go on a suicide mission and trade 1 for 1 killing the adc in a dive is toxic. I much as I hate this bullshit ultimate, real talk, that's some pretty big Trynd nerfs since you're nerfing Youmuu's and his BotRK. A champion specifically designed to kill adcs is killing adcs? Remove her armor pen from Warrior! Don't think we didn't forget 4.20 weedwick, BOTRK NERFS. "Fuck Xin Zhao" -Riot Balance is weakness. But so are nerfs to your itemization. Fuck you.

Oh would you look at that that's literally 90% of the assassins in this game. And Quinn, but she's about to get her identity stolen by Riot. Clearly this is the proper course of action to make sure adcs don't get crazy insane, not just nerfing the items for ranged champions only.
