Why is Victor auto attack so much better than Ziggs?

Most mages don't need good attack animations, but some mages have ap scaling on there auto attacks. The problem is, their attack animations are horrible even tho their auto attack is part of their kit.

These champs have slow attack animations that make it hard to utilise the ap scaling. It may be that these champs are old and the issue was never address, but if you look at Victor AA, it is by far better. If you look at , it is much better even if they don't use their AAs.

I think this needs to be addressed on all mages in general. Those who use their AA as part of their kit need good AA animations.
