Morgana Idea?

Would anyone think Morg having a charged Q like Varus would be any fun? Maybe instead of gaining range and damage it could gain projectile speed/size and extend the duration? (Lower starting size and duration scaling up to live values?) It might open her up to buffs in other areas and give her a little more skill expression. Like she could throw little bolts between minions but charge up bolts for making picks from bushes and such. I don't even think she would really need a self-slow. I know they did that sort of change for Janna's Q with the speed and size at least, but for pretty different reasons of course.
