Can we stop permabanning Fiora now?

I would say Ekko is balanced unless it is Jungle Tank Ekko. I hate that since he still does far too much damage for how safe he is. At least AP mid Ekko dies in literally 2 hits unless he uses his ult to escape which before going all in, you should force him to use prior.

But Fiora I feel is in the same boat as DArius. Until they are given weaknesses, they should remain permabanned. Fiora recently gotten a nerf on her ult but her ult isn't really the biggest issue. Its that she has next to no mana cost and can just poke you into oblivion even if she doesn't use her passive. Ohh you want to fight back? She will use her riposte and moreso if you try to cc her, and if for some reason she is losing, she will dash away like it never happened. Darius literally has no weaknesses atm. He always builds tanky. He has built in damage and even more due to free massive AD steriod when he didn't even need it to begin with. And just to add more to it since Riot's motto has lately been "If its broken, why not make it worse?" They gave him a massive heal on a low cd ablility when he shouldn't even need it to begin with. He already usually gets like 5k hp and hits like a truck and also takes little damage, why does he need a heal as well?

I know Riot claims they can't make any changes since they are permabanned and have no data.....well maybe if open their eyes and see they are permabanned, they will just makes changes to everything, since I can assure you they will remain permabanned til something is taken away. Hell I personally wished Darius would be better since in the past he was kinda crap, but not to this extreme, he isn't just relevant now, he is literally like the only choice now.
