No, with the current absurdity of shields right now, an adc can get shielded for 1.5 times their life bar.

Ashe also has high range, but she doesn't even do close to half the damage that KogMaw does.

Meh. I'm bored laning with autoattack ADCs anyway. I miss AD stacking Varus, Jhin, Ashe, Cait etc. that were more poke/combo oriented. It pained me to see a Varus shooting out autos like a machine gun the other day.
