Don't complain if enemy support is an enchanter, your team DOES have a slot for enchant supporter as well.
Furthermore, if that means an enchanter supporter can be an item for ADC, basically it's 4v5. If your team's Support is DPS, why don't you bully the enchanter support in early game with this new rune to prevent them from farming? It's not the problem of why enchanter can be getting into late game, but it's your support and your adc who couldn't punish them.
I hate people saying this all the time about "Enchanter is an item slot for enemy" etc etc, But have you ever thought that, basically it's enemy is 4 and your team is 5. If your team's support cant stop their support, That is the player problem.
LordGeovanni1 votesadcs do a fine enough job of nullifying melee fighters alone. support players dont want to be an adcs 7th slot either but adcs are too strong putting your stuff on anyone else will lose you the fight when the enemy support puts their buffs and defenses on the adc.

The problem isn't changing it to physical damage - this was technically a nerf, since before it would deal true damage. But they also more than doubled the damage and made it not reliant on stacking lethality to work. And since most of time you are going to target squishies, the fact that it deals physical damage doesn't matter.

Aftershock won't get nerfed until Riot gives tanks more viable runes. Atm it's the only one. It's not like Aftershock is the biggest problem anyway.

Somebody Love Me1 votesAP carry junglers get spellthiefs for extra damage and gold, to basically have the same impact as a duskblade jungler xD Upgrading to frostfang and stacking it also gives movespeed after dealing damage, so it helps AP assassins be sticky. Mana regen is nice too.

Somebody Love Me2 votesWhen I get it on Eve, I get it right after my jungle item, since it's only 350. You can stack it with ganks/fights and passively. The extra damage can really help. Plus if you snowball, after the upgrade, you can have like 1-2k gold on it, since you don't really sell it till you're on your last item (but what game goes that long anyway?). Basically, gold gen, plus bandit. It also doesn't bother those like Eve or Elise who struggle to clear waves anyway, so the passive getting locked on minion kill doesn't hurt them.
I upgrade to frostfang right after getting runic echoes. There's no downside to this item since it basically pays for itself. And again, being sticky with the tribute passive helps a lot.
For Eve specifically, it synergizes with her really well because of her Q (3 strikes. 3 stacks on spelltheifs before going on cooldown).
Edit: I also forgot about the CDR Frost fang gives. Cheap CDR on a fairly efficient item.

KyojiTakajo1 votesI take Frost Queen's on Lux/Zoe and other immobile AP mids. The active + passive once you get 750 gold with it really helps with kiting and running. It also just finished out my 45% CDR without making me go Lich Bane. The fact that it's quite cheap, gives 60 AP and mana regen along with the CDR as well as gold generation + the movespeed, makes it a potent pick.
