Attack speed bruiser Shen jungle is actually pretty good.
I've gotten to play one game of it so far http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1785049621/50086536?tab=overview
Your taunt and heal from Q, along with the reduced damage from Skirmisher's lets you 1v1 anyone who can't get out of taunt. The only problem I had was that pre-6 ganks are meh, but post-6 the enemy jungler can't gank in fear of you coming in and turning the fight. This was especially because he was Master Yi with teleport smite, so he had no escape from taunt.
I got devourer on my Skirmisher's for the attack speed, and because between counter ganks I was power farming. An important thing to note is Shen can power farm 24/7 and take pretty much no damage because of his Q and W.
After that I grabbed Tri-Force, although if my team wasn't far ahead I probably would've just grabbed a Sheen and then got Spirit Visage (heals from Q and MR) or Randuins (armor and hp, plus slow), then finished Tri.
Don't forget to pick up defense boots somewhere, I recommend Ninja Tabi's because you're a ninja since you're going to be forcing people to auto you, but if they have tons of CC I'd go with Merc Treads.
Third major Item was BotRK. The slow was useful to stick to people while taunt was on cooldown or to get into taunt range (although taunt is practically the same range as BotRK active). The AS means more procs on Q for more heal, plus lifesteal for more heal. Additionally this makes you do more damage to tanks.
From there I pick of 2 defensive items. I prefer Spirit Visage for the healing and some cdr, but Banshee's is fine if you want the shield for an ability like Morg binding. I also recommend Randuin's as your main armor item because other than visage you have no other items giving hp. Although if against a full AD comp you can give up the Visage for a Thornmail. Another option would be to get rid of Tri-Force or BotRK for Thornmail. This would be better if you expect to be fighting more. And in that case I would keep Tri-Force because the Sheen proc gives you more burst with your passive and the AP gives your shield on W and R a little bit more.
If you plan to split push make sure you always have your ultimate up. If you don't you risk getting caught out or your team losing a fight. Also, if you split push you must have Tri-Force or else you will do no damage (use W to proc sheen). As soon as you see your team starting to fight ult on someone who is at risk to get in, and prepare to go ham. If the entire enemy team seems to magically be missing last seen going towards you, ult to the farthest ally to get to safety.
Remember, this build is meant for FUN. Don't try this in ranked unless you already have a good idea of how to play Shen and how this build will work. Early on your W shield is only 60, and your Q heal isn't enough to straight 1v1 anyone. Max you Q first and then your W (E does not get any longer duration, so the extra shield on W is definitely better). Your passive will also proc on tower, but will NOT get the reset when hitting towers.

Final note: This. Build. Is. Mean. For. Fun. Don't take it seriously. I'm a Bronze I scrublord who only plays normals. I just love the champion design and wanted to find a way to play him that I actually enjoyed.
