Please, follow your initiator

It drives me absolutely nuts when im playing an initiator like voli or naut and my team refuses to follow, sheerly out of fear of dying....like....seriously, unless your initiator has proven to be unreliable, follow them, so many times have i had a great initiation but my team just backs off for no reason, their 12/0 diana is cc'd and an easy kill....nope, team refuses to follow, now ive died, and she is now 17/0 because the rest got caught by her.... Please, unless your initiator has proven to be a bad player, follow them, those risky plays can win the game for you

I contemplate pulling my hair out after I stun the enemy team then they blow all their cooldowns on my gargoyle stoneplate only to see my teammates sit there with their tails between their legs.

Frankly I think it's like a domino effect. But the Lead Domino(the initiator) isn't connected to the other 4. But you notice once 1 of the other 4 start to fight the others jump in too.
