Why Zoe can do as much dmg Victor's entire kit does with a single 5 second cooldown ability but we can't buff Victor and give him awkward buffs that do not fix him? I'm really curious cause i was a HUGE Victor fan and still am but i cant bother playing him above d5 cause i pretty much insta lose.

Viktors getting a buff by the way, just if you didn't know. And everyone knows Zoe's broke, its just a matter of time before she gets a nerf.
