This is an honest question that I want to discuss. Is it her single target damage? Is it her "weak" laning phase? Is it her low range, even though she out ranges 
? Is it her mobility? Because she's probably the most mobile ADC outside of 
. What goes? What is it that makes her fair? What are her tradeoffs. Please list them, I really want to see what her tradeoffs are so I can improve my game against her. Thanks.

Marthian2 votesActually, yes she does. She lands a condemn or has a competent support, she is fully capable of getting kills.
Also considering she outspeeds basically every carry bot lane, she can proc W fairly easily for some good poke damage.
Not to mention Bilgewater Cutlass gives her a decent slow in addition to her still outspeeding you. (She has 330 base, which is only beaten by Lucian, Sivir, and Quinn. She meets or beats every other ADC in terms of movespeed and beats all but Sivir when moving towards champions.)

Basically everything you pointed out should be avoided by a competent lane opponent. This is why lower elos complain, they dont know how to play the game.
She is very ez to beat in lane. If you dont have her pushed to her tower the whole time then your playing bot lane wrong.

HexaDecimel1 votesThat also means that Vayne has a 48% loss rate in platinum. Which is interesting because it seems to suggest that even the more skilled players are only able to win roughly half of the time when playing Vayne.
You might not always avoid being pinned, but that is a testament to better positioning from the other player and mistakes you may have made.
When has CC not been reliant on landing it properly to get the best results? And being able to avoid it has very little to do with the individual champion and more to do with the player using them.
The purpose of an ADC is that their AUTO ATTACKS DEAL DAMAGE!

you outrange her 
or if you instantly burst her 
or if you CC her 
or if you zone her 
or if you make her attacks worthless 
no matter what she just dies.
