Make Talon finish his autoattack animation faster

Why the hell did Katarina receive an instant auto attack animation while she already has manaless waveclear and does not rely on autoattack that much at all?!?

You do not know how many times I go into a champion burst them down just to see that swirly shit around my right fucking hand. WTF
