Idea for Veigar's E rework

Remove the stun and make the hole smaller. Now we should expand on that "Torture them in the cage" idea. Now enemies inside the cage are unable to pass through the box. Homing or skillshot spells, that are cast by the enemies within the box are bounced back dealing reduced damage to whoever is hit within its bounce back range.

Now as for veigar, spells that he cast within the box are augmented as well.

When he fires his Q into the box(And does not damage 2 enemies), it will bounce indefinitely until it hits a champion or the box disappears.

His W will gain a higher damaging radius and slow if cast inside the box

And as for his Ult...i have nothing lol. Good as is
