Make smite prioritize monsters over champions

It's so frustrating when I Shyvana ult over into baron pit and smite the baron with perfect timing BUT IT SMITES A CHAMPION WHO IS CURRENTLY INSIDE OF BARON.

If you ever want to stop someone from stealing baron, just stand right on it. If they have Chilling or Challenging Smite they will 9/10 times hit you instead of baron.

It's also very annoying when champions body block Thresh lanterns.

I'm trying to click the lantern and thinking to myself "move out of the way fatty"

You can stand on baron?

I thought they changed that last patch, where Baron is considered a piece of terrain, so champs can't stand in it.

Regardless, I think smite definitely should at least prioritize epic monsters over champs, because smite's biggest importance in the mid-late game is for that kind of objective control.

Other jungle monsters could get away with not having the prioritization because the other monsters are not as important outside of red and blue buff, which definitely also should be prioritized, because there are some cases where you would rather target champs with Chilling Smite or Challenging Smite over the wolves and the other small camps in every scenario except in those where there are no champs to smite.

You'd probably be crying again when you accidentally smite the cannon minion instead of that ADC running away through the minions.

He makes a great point about a tiny flaw when smiting Baron that could happen to anyone, and you just insult him and his rank.

I don't care if you're silver, gold, platinum, diamond, master, challenger, LCS, or Phreak himself; that shit ain't cool. Clean up the act and be polite to other people.

Never happened to me, I smite steal a lot as invisible Rengar, Look up ways to make your mouse sharper or something which is something I did, It takes more time to aim perfectly at something but the accuracy is extremely useful.
