Legit question for other Sona players (in ranked obviously)

Who do YOU pick Sona into/against?

Here is who I cannot play Sona against; Blitz Alistar Leona Nami Thresh Annie

That leaves maybe; Braum Soraka (???)

With that said, how can you legitimately argue that Sona is balanced? she loses almost every lane... at best she breaks even in two match ups. I can play 100% perfectly but one slip up against any of those matchups is instant lane-loss. That is the issue.
