the biggest issue with zoe is her E... however..

It's not her ONLY issue, while her W might be less of an issue overall due to RNG, it still needs to be adressed i don't see why her W should have no cooldown

most sumoners have EXTREMELY long cooldowns

i don't see why Zoe cant have like a 8/6/4/2/0 second cooldown on her w

It doesn't bypass Morgana's spellshield, you just have to put the spellshield on before you get hit by the cc, like all other cc's. By that logic Morgana's spellshield doesn't work on Ashe's ult either because you can't put it on and stop the stun once you're already stunned.

her E is two forms of cc... the initial slow. then the Stun. there are TWO seperate CC's from the same ability i can spellshield Braum passive by shielding before the 4th one hits morg spellshield shields ALL FORMS OF CC WHILE IT IS ACTIVE. it cannot stop the slow if it already hit you.. but the stun is later and is a separate from of cc debuffs and status conditions are different

this is how the her CC SHOULD work with morgs spellsheild

if you are hit with the sphere while spellshield is up you become sleepy but are not slowed. if the spell sheild expires (or is broken) before the stun activate.. you get stunned

if you get hit by the bubble wirhout the spellshield up, you get slowed and become sleepy, if you have the spellshield up in time by the time the stun activates, you are not stunned.

and obviously if you have the spellshield up before you get hit with the bubble AND while the stun would go off, you are not cced in any way but like in all cases wouldf still take extra damage when hit next becuase of the debuff

It's not really counted as two components. Once you are hit by the E the drowzy into the sleep is one CC, sort of like a ramp up effect (e.g. Nasus's wither)

That's how I thought of it too, once your slowed putting the shield on doesn't stop the more intense slow later on. Alternatively this is slightly different but if a Zilean lands a bomb on a Sivir or a Nocturne, once the bomb is on them they can't spellshield the damage, they have to stop the initial hit.

and that's the issue.. it should be. however this thread is about her "W".. not her "E"

or is no one on this forum capable of reading something longer than the thread title...

Braum's stun isn't a ramp up stun, it takes the 4th hit for it to stun

i KNOW how it WORKS. what I'm saying it IT SHOULDN'T BE CODED THAT WAY!!

if it has two seperate forms of cc then it chould be CODED as two seperate forms of CC. AND THIS EVEN WHAT THE THREAT IS ABOUT!!! this thread is SUPPOSED to be about her W.

READ THE FREAKING POST!!! stop trying to tell "how it works" any freaking moron can see HOW it works im not discussing her E at all let alone how it works. i am trying to discuss her W. and when i respond to posts about her E because apparently no one here can READ THE ACTUAL THREAD. or just mindlessly chooses to ignore the actual thread and talk about something else, just because its mentioned in passing.

there are ALREADY a million threads about her E as it is the most broken ability on her kit. THIS THREAD IS ABOUT HER "W".

i have now DELETED all mention of her E from the OP other than the title becuase you people cant seem to understand that this thread is about her W

Or just have her NOT get a specific summoner spell every 30 seconds after already getting it.

Or just having her NOT get a specific summoner spell every 30 seconds.

that would help, might even work, but it would be tremendously harder to code than adding a simple cooldown. so i opted for the easiest solution that could be implement that would still have the correct outcome.
