Trying to get back into mid lane (matchup/ counterpick help)

back in season 3 and 4 i was a mid lane main.. mostly with 
and i also did a bit of support/mid
and some support
in season 4 i also brought nidalee into top and support and picked up 
and started with 
jungle and picked up 
which when she released at the end of the season
in season 5 with thrown into the jungle i kinda became a jungle main, although i really didn't want to as i wanted to do mid lane
eventually i left for most of season 5 and came back at the start of season 6 when challenger skin first released
since then i have been a jungle main with and
and a support secondary with 
(which i picked up season 6 and LOVE) with and on the side
but I'm trying to pick my mid lane again. (which i am kinda having trouble with having 2 years of not needing to CS... XD but that's a work in progress..)

Body:** (aka tldr)
right now for mid lane i have ( lvl 7,6,6 mastery)
and i am learning 
( lvl 2 mastery) and 
(lvl 4 mastery)
my main question is.. are there ANY mid lane champs that counters ALL of these champs
and if i get the opportunity to counter-pick their mid and for the most common enemy mid lane picks which champs out of my pool should i use VS each
is the queen of mid lane... jack of all trades as an ap mid laner

Because she outranges most of them, or their cc can't go through minions.
She's a little outranged by a lot of matchups but she should be ok. Really strong against Zed, since her shield will block most of his ult, and her W will help her run away when she's slowed by a fizz ult.
