Until the Ashe change is at least on the PBE, can Ashe's passive get a small buff?

I was hoping that it could be changed from waiting 3 seconds to stack for her critical to having to wait 1 second from level 1–6, from levels 7–12 you wait 2 seconds, and reverts back to 3 seconds after level 13.

I don't know how this will effect many games, but since Ashe has to walk/stack 100 stacks worth to activate her passive, early game would be a lot easier with this.

Sorry if it seems to drastic.

What do we know about the Ashe change and/or rework? I've not heard anything about it but suspected something like this would eventually happen.

A red confirmed they were working on a rework of Ashe's passive, but that's it, pretty much.

They said it'll hit pbe in a couple of months I believe, that was said there's maybe 1-2 months

They confirmed last week (aka 4 days ago) that they'd give us details on the Rework sometime as early as this week, so it's soon

Honestly I would hope that it counts down instead of up, her passive is completely useless late game outside of your first auto in a fight

I know, I know. It seems redundant to have it count up rather than down, but it's a critical passive that is very OP. By late game, you already have the needed items to do and deal damage as needed and the passive seems to be there. In early, however, it is one of her few things she has and she cannot just run around for 100 stacks to try to last hit all minions. This would make it easier for her and still be fair later on.
