but his ult still had a damage amp and his q still did 1.2k damage and his e still did 900 damage

so what do i do now?

I'm confused, do you believe that Executioners would reduce his damage somehow? It only reduces his healing effects, as in the health he gains from both his Q and ult. If you want to stop him from doing damage then take exhaust or build MR.

Under (almost) no circumstances would a single Q or E from Vlad do that much damage.

If he uses pool that's when you go all in he can't do much but E q but he won't burst you down like that.

Unless he got fed off of his solo lane but other than that don't waste it when he has pool lol.
