I got executioners calling against Vlad

but his ult still had a damage amp and his q still did 1.2k damage and his e still did 900 damage

so what do i do now?

I'm confused, do you believe that Executioners would reduce his damage somehow? It only reduces his healing effects, as in the health he gains from both his Q and ult. If you want to stop him from doing damage then take exhaust or build MR.

oh well i did that but when i tried to exhaust him he was in a pool of cancer blood for like 10 seconds so i couldnt

oh and while he did that he was chnneling his 900 damage e

Perhaps learn to time your exhaust better? It would honestly be a waste if you exhausted him in pool compared to pre-ult or Q. Last I checked he couldn't channel E while pooled, but I could be wrong. Also, as "ZackTheWaffleMan" said, Vlad shouldn't be doing that much damage from a single Q or E at all. He was either very fed and items+levels ahead of you, or you're over exaggerating.

Under (almost) no circumstances would a single Q or E from Vlad do that much damage.

Look up any recent match with a vlad and look up the "largest crit"

This was a recent pro that played him with a max crit for 1659...

I'm not familiar with how that statistic works. Does it only count damage against champions or would it include minions/monsters?

1659 damage against Blue Buff (which, I believe, has negative magic resistance) isn't too unreasonable.

You are right, that might also count buffs and sense I didnt see the game I wouldn't know exact. But if it works similar to normal crits it would most likely deal around ~1300 champs I would say. Which if you fallow pro play when he was being played he is crazy.
